What we collect
When you register interest, book a class, or contact us, we collect your name and email address, and anything you choose to tell us in your message.

We collect and use your personal information to process your booking, provide your course, communicate with you about your course and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We may share relevant information with service providers who help us operate Learn to Lipread, such as our payment provider, booking or communication systems and Zoom. These providers only receive information necessary for the services they provide to us.

Payments
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

We keep appropriate business and financial records for the periods required by law. Some booking and customer records may therefore be retained for up to six years where necessary for tax, accounting, legal or business record-keeping purposes.

We handle your personal information in accordance with applicable UK data protection law.
