Founder's Story

Anastasia Osborne

Hello, I'm Anastasia. As a teenager I realised I couldn't hear my friends. Then followed years of miscommunications and problems at work and in my social life before I finally agreed to try hearing aids. So I deeply understand the daily challenges, the frustration, and the sense of isolation that accompanies changes in hearing.

Discovering lipreading was a turning point for me. It provided practical strategies to navigate conversations, rebuilt my confidence, and fundamentally changed how I interact with the world around me. It was this transformative experience that inspired me to help others find that same empowerment.

I am a fully qualified lipreading teacher, trained and certified to deliver structured, highly supportive, and interactive lessons tailored to the hard of hearing community.

In addition to teaching, my background as an artist heavily influences my approach. I believe learning should be creative, engaging, and visually stimulating. By combining my professional qualifications with artistic visual tools, I aim to make every class not just a place to learn, but a welcoming community where we can all share, grow, and connect.
